His consultancy specializes in the high-level strategic, conceptual, and operational advancement of hospitals, clinics, and non-profit healthcare organizations. He is a distinguished expert in interim and permanent executive management for complex international medical facilities.
Dr. Lucien Ghanem, Ph.D

Dr. Lucien Ghanem possesses three decades of multifaceted leadership across the Middle Eastern, Gulf, and Swiss healthcare landscapes. He has built a distinguished career by fostering growth for consumer health enterprises in sectors ranging from Medical Devices to Hospital Infection Control. As a strategic advisor, he has provided high-level consultancy to prominent governmental bodies like the Dubai Health Authority, focusing on medical education, organizational restructuring, and comprehensive human capital development.
Prof. Dr. Peter Messmer

Professor Dr. med. Peter Messmer is a distinguished medical leader with more than 35 years of clinical and academic experience. A Swiss Board-certified specialist in General Surgery and Accident Surgery (FMH), he serves as a Titular Professor of Surgery at the University of Basel. His career has been largely dedicated to Level I Trauma Centers, with a particular focus on complex musculoskeletal trauma.

With more than five decades of professional experience and clinical practice in over 30 countries spanning five continents, Dr. Raymond H. Hamden is an internationally recognized Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, consultant in Political Psychology, Behavioral Health, Organizational Psychology, and Crisis Intervention. His career has focused on strengthening the psychological health of individuals, organizations, governments, and communities while integrating behavioral science into healthcare leadership and public policy.Â

Dr. Patrick Dümmler is a strategic advisor with over 25 years of international consultancy experience across Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. As the former Executive Director of Swiss Medtech, he is a recognized authority in the life sciences sector, having provided high-level expertise at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. His work centers on navigating the intersection of medical device innovation and public administration. Currently Dr. Dümmler is a Swiss politician, acting Mayor of Zollikon Municipality.
