Dr. Lucien Ghanem possesses three decades of multifaceted leadership across the Middle Eastern, Gulf, and Swiss healthcare landscapes. He has built a distinguished career by fostering growth for consumer health enterprises in sectors ranging from Medical Devices to Hospital Infection Control. As a strategic advisor, he has provided high-level consultancy to prominent governmental bodies like the Dubai Health Authority, focusing on medical education, organizational restructuring, and comprehensive human capital development.

- 2002:  Co-founded the Swiss Business Council Lebanon in collaboration with the Swiss     

                Ambassador to Lebanon.

- 2011:   Appointed by the Swiss Ambassador to the UAE as a Senior Consultant for the                         Swiss Business Council of Dubai & Northern Emirates.

- 2012:   Served as elected Executive Committee Member and inaugurated the                                           chairmanship of the Swiss Health Care Group.

A Swiss Board-certified specialist in General Surgery and Accident Surgery (FMH), he serves as a Titular Professor of Surgery at the University of Basel. His career has been largely dedicated to Level I Trauma Centers, with a particular focus on complex musculoskeletal trauma.
